Keptword Support

Most issues can be solved right on your iPhone. Your recordings and notes never need to be sent to us.

Recording won’t start

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition, then allow access for Keptword.

A brief isn’t available

Transcripts work independently. Briefs require an eligible iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled and ready.

First use in a language

Apple may need to install an on-device speech asset. Keep the iPhone on Wi-Fi and power while the asset becomes ready.

Export or delete a note

Open a Library note to export it. Use the note menu or Library context menu to delete content stored on your iPhone.
